适用范围：

广泛适用于机械、食品、电子、化工、医药、烟草、纺织、家具、轻工、塑料、文体用品等制造工厂车间和仓库的水泥地面或水磨石地面。尤其适用于食品加工场所。

施工工艺：

1、地面检测:对地面硬度、湿度、平整度各项指标检测。

2、地面研磨方式选择:选择较优的地面基面处理方式(增加材料附着力，防止材料粘结不牢) ,对地面研磨(抛丸) 处理。

3、地面处理:对地面进行无尘研磨,对部分开裂和坑洞地面修补。

4、超耐磨聚氨酯砂浆地坪底漆刮涂。

5、超耐磨聚氨酯面涂刮涂加滚涂。

6、养护:施工完成后的8小时可以承受步行等轻度交通，24 小时后可承受繁忙交通，48小时后抗化学腐蚀。

2、Selection of grinding method of the ground: choose the better ground surface treatment (such as increasing material adhesion in order to prevent the situation that material adhesion is not firm), grinding treatment of the ground (shot blasting).

3、Ground treatment: dust- free grinding of the ground, repair of part of the cracked and pitted ground.

4、Blade coating the primer of super wear-resistant polyurethane mortar flooring.

5、Blade and roll coating the super abrasion-resistant polyurethane surface.

6、Conditioning: 8 hours after construction is completed, the flooring can withstand light traffic such as walking, 24 hours later it can withstand heavy traffic and 48 hours later it is resistant to chemical corrosion.
